A legal navigator on the west coast.

There’s a new western rep for a project that offers help with getting legal information if you are a survivor of sexual violence. It’s called the Journey Project, and started in 2017. Chelsea Canning is the new western region legal support navigator. She can give advice as to how to get information on a variety of legal matters. Canning says she can help with bridging gaps but sometimes people will need a lawyer. She says eligible clients can get up to 4 hours of free legal advice from a lawyer recommended by the project.
