Police say a 71 year old man died on March 3, 2022

RNC have confirmed a 53 year old man is now facing charges in connection with a death in the capital city over a year ago. A 71 year old man died on March 3rd of last year.  Police were called to a home around 8 o'clock that night to a sudden death. Officers determined the man was involved in an altercation with the 53 year old earlier that day. Desmond Downey has been charged with manslaughter after a ruling from the Chief Medical Examiner saying the man's death was a homicide.
